The Stables, Osborne Farm

An existing stable building redeveloped to create a high end property that retained some of the original features and super structure. The new 4,600 sqft house sits within a green belt and is arranged around a private courtyard.
The house includes six bedrooms, large living and kitchen areas, plus a dining loggia which can be simultaneously opened up to the internal landscaped courtyard and the south facing terrace via a continuous glass sliding wall.
We fabricated and installed Reynaers windows and sliding external doors across the property. Using the existing structure of the barn created a complex installation for the new curtain walling.
The main contractor was Gilmartins.
